Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order. From there, shipping times will vary depending on your location however you can expect to receive your order within 5-8 business days. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us.

Returns
While we hope you love your new La Maregold pieces, we offer a 10-day return policy. This means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin a return, please place a request through your customer account which can be found here. Once your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label via email. Customers are responsible for a $15 return shipping fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will be in touch only if your return is not approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 20 business days have passed since you sent back your item and you have neither received an email from us nor refund, please contact us at hello@lamaregold.com.
